About Us
Burl Oaks Golf Club is a private, member-owned golf club and full-service event facility located in Minnetrista, Minnesota. Our membership is warm and welcoming. Our facilities include a 200-acre championship golf course with state-of-the-art practice areas, a casual member-dining bar & restaurant, a ballroom with seating for up to 160 guests, a Golf Shop, and member locker rooms.
Our mission is to provide the highest value, community-centered, member-owned private golf club in the Twin Cities metro area. The Course

The championship golf course is the featured attraction of membership at Burl Oaks Golf Club. Our peaceful and challenging layout, embedded in the thick woodlands of Minnetrista, is carved out of 200 acres of beautifully lush marshland, mature oak groves, and rolling Minnesota landscape. This unique mix along with our meticulously manicured putting surfaces provide a golf experience that is among the finest in the Twin Cities area.
Four sets of tees ranging from 5200 to almost 6,800 yards enable players of all skill levels to enjoy playing Burl Oaks. Accuracy off the tee is a premium with ponds and marshes coming into play on 14 of our 18 holes. Each hole is distinctively unique in its own regard. This differentiation of each, as the golf course navigates the "crooked water" landscape of Minnetrista, yields an unforgettable golf experience day in and day out.

POPULAR ANNUAL EVENTS HOSTED BY BURL OAKS GOLF CLUB
If you’re looking for something a place to celebrate special occasions and holidays, Burl Oaks Golf Club hosts several events throughout the year. Check out some of our most popular events:
- Easter and Mother's Day Brunches: available for both golf members and social members. These brunches feature eggs Benedict, hand-carved Prime Rib & Ham, and shrimp cocktail.
- Santa Brunch: available for both golf members and social members. This brunch features a visit by Santa, cookie decorating and face-painting with a full kid’s menu: chicken strips, macaroni & cheese, Adults can enjoy our one-of-a-kind bloody mary bar and mimosas, prime rib and a wonderful brunch selection.
- Seasonal Wine Dinner: Features 5 courses and wines paired with each course.
- Tap Takeovers: Where a local brewery features original craft beers and appetizers. Members can also enjoy live music on the patio or in the ballroom.
- Live Music: The Member Grill hosts live music throughout the golfing season.
- Family Bingo Nights: Throughout the season, we will host a number of family bingo nights.
